Smitty has been a working pro since he was 14yrs old. He has a reccuring role on General Hospital as The Howlett Smith Trio. Two years in daily spot on Arthur Godfrey network radio show. Musical director of Broadway show "Me and Bessie." Composer, director, accompanist, and vocalist in three current intermitently running cantatas "Follow Him" "He's Risen" "Christmas Cantata." Frequent performer in KLON's Jazz Caravans. Pianist/Organist for local churches of diverse denominations.
